14-day returns

You may return any unworn frame in its original condition — with case, cloth and authenticity card — within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to return

Email hello@lombia.co.za with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the frame.

Exceptions

Bespoke and prescription-fitted frames are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
