14-day returns

You may return any unworn frame in its original condition — with case, cloth and authenticity card — within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to return

Email info@lombia-jhb.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the frame.

Exceptions

Bespoke and prescription-fitted frames are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
