Delivery & Returns

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — complimentary insured shipping across South Africa. International shipping is available on request and may be subject to additional shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

What is your returns policy?
Lombia offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery on unworn frames returned in their original condition, packaging, and with all accompanying accessories.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be free from scratches, damage, or alterations
  • Be returned with the original case, cleaning cloth, and packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Lombia does not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Store credit may be redeemed online or in-store and is non-transferable.

Prescription lenses, custom orders, special orders, and products purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for return unless required by law or due to a manufacturing defect.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact Lombia within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and proof of purchase. Approved claims will be repaired, replaced, or issued with store credit at Lombia's discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
